2. ABOUT VETERAN SOLUTIONS

Veteran Solutions is a veteran-owned organization dedicated to guiding honorably discharged United States military veterans through the VA benefits and disability claims process.

Services Provided

We provide:

  • Education and guidance on VA disability compensation claims
  • Support for appeals and supplemental claims
  • Information on education, housing, and healthcare benefits
  • Coordination with licensed medical professionals for independent medical opinions and nexus letters when appropriate
  • One-on-one personalized coaching throughout the claims process

What We Do NOT Do

  • Guarantee VA claim approvals, ratings, or outcomes
  • Act as legal representatives or attorneys
  • Make medical diagnoses or determinations
  • Represent ourselves as affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Promise specific disability ratings or benefit amounts

3. ELIGIBILITY

Service Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to:

  • Honorably discharged United States military veterans
  • Individuals aged 18 years or older
  • Veterans seeking guidance with VA disability claims, appeals, or benefit navigation

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

NO GUARANTEES OR OUTCOME PROMISES

Veteran Solutions provides education, guidance, and support. We do not and cannot guarantee:

  • VA claim approval
  • Specific disability ratings
  • Benefit amounts
  • Timelines for claim decisions
  • Success in appeals or supplemental claims

4. NO GUARANTEES OR OUTCOME PROMISES

VA Authority

All final decisions regarding VA benefits, disability ratings, and claim approvals rest solely with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. We have no authority over, control of, or influence on VA decision-making processes.

No Refunds Based on VA Decisions

Fees paid for our services are for education, coaching, and guidance. Refunds will not be issued based on VA claim denials, lower-than-expected ratings, or unfavorable outcomes.

5. NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS

Independence Statement

Veteran Solutions is an independent, privately-owned company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency.

Our services are provided independently, and all guidance is based on our knowledge, experience, and understanding of VA processes—not on any official government authority.

6. SERVICES AND FEES

Service Structure

Services are provided on a consulting and educational basis. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or intake consultations.

Payment Terms

  • Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
  • Payment is required prior to the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement

Fee Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our fees and pricing structure at any time. Changes will not affect services already purchased under a prior fee structure.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate Information

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information, medical conditions, or service history
  • Respond to our requests for documentation or clarification in a timely manner

Cooperation

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled consultations and meetings
  • Follow guidance and recommendations to the best of your ability
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with our team

Independent Verification

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all documents before submission to the VA
  • Verifying the accuracy of any information we prepare on your behalf
  • Seeking independent legal, medical, or financial advice as needed

8. MEDICAL OPINIONS AND NEXUS LETTERS

Third-Party Coordination

When appropriate, we may coordinate access to licensed medical professionals who can provide independent medical opinions (IMOs) and nexus letters. These professionals operate independently and are not employees of Veteran Solutions.

No Medical Diagnoses

Veteran Solutions does not:

  • Provide medical diagnoses
  • Practice medicine
  • Offer medical treatment or advice

All medical opinions are provided by licensed, independent medical professionals.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all medical opinions and nexus letters
  • Ensuring medical documentation accurately reflects your conditions
  • Submitting medical records to the VA as required

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Privacy Commitment

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your personal and medical information, except as required by law or with your express consent.

Third-Party Disclosures

We may share your information with:

  • Licensed medical professionals coordinating IMOs and nexus letters
  • Third-party service providers necessary to deliver our services
  • Legal authorities when required by law

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Company Materials

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Veteran Solutions and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Disability ratings lower than expected or desired
  • Changes to VA policies, procedures, or regulations
  • Errors or omissions by the VA or third-party medical professionals

Service Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost benefits, income, or financial opportunities
  • Emotional distress or personal injury
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid for our services

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Informal Resolution

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. TERMINATION

Termination by Client

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by providing written notice. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing services is not in the best interest of either party
